two friends in a "c" of sisters and their adventures

dressed in black and all alone. and not a widow?

hello! curly here. clearly i’m not good at this blogging thing. but i’m not surprised. so the most interesting things for me lately have been the job hunt and the friend hunt. friends matter to me a lot more than monies..but a job can be a great way to make friends! and looking for a job can be a great way to spend a lot of time when you don’t have any friends and are in danger of becoming lonely! tonight i learned that hostessing is not for me. i got hired recently and tonight was my first night of training. it was fine, and it will be fine, but it is just not something i’m going to really enjoy. and i’m a big believer in the fact that life was meant to be enjoyed, at every moment. the best part about tonight was the awesome girl that trained me! she was really sweet and may become one of our first friends in savannah. however, this particular hosting position is for one person. so that means that once i’m through training i’ll be working alone. all by myself. for hours. not for me….just really not for me. also you have to wear all black…and i believe in colors. bright ones. everywhere.

that said, i wish i would write more but i need to go to sleep so i can wake up early and dress in all black and go to the restaurant. oh joy.

(in brighter news, i had an interview for an awesome job today and it went really well! so hopefully i’ll get that one and can get outta this one stat.)

love,
 curly.
